MKC English Singing Contest2019-06-28 To 07-05After looking at the photos, I am sure you want to sing and dance with our students! Students were so passionate and they performed so well which gave the adjudicators a hard time to choose the winners. There are two sessions for the MKC English Singing Contest. The first session is for Primary 2-3 students and the second session is for Primary 4-6 students.

Mainland Exchange Programme (Guangzhou) Study Tour2019-06-21 (Friday)Our P4 students joined the Mainland Exchange Programme (Guangzhou) Study Tour on 21st June, 2019. During the study tour, students learned about the latest urban planning in Guangzhou, the developmental advantages of the Guangdong province, including Hong Kong and Macau, and experienced the fun of organic farming. During the process, the students learned to take care of one another. It was such a special learning opportunity.

"Tell-a-Tale" Children's Storytelling Competition 2018/19 (Qualifier & Final Round)2019-06-01 (Saturday)"Tell-a-Tale" Children's Storytelling Competition lasts from September to June. A total of 21 schools with more than 2,100 participants joined the competition in Hong Kong. The competition required participants to read aloud stories in three languages (English, Cantonese and Putonghua). Six students represented our school and joined the qualifier round in May. The students are P1 HONG CHANGXI and ZHONG HOI WAN; P3 QIU TIAN, P4 WONG WING TUNG; P6 WANG YU TUNG and WANG YUEN TING. Their performances were very good. Finally, P6 WANG YU TUNG and WANG YUEN TING qualified for the final round. For the final round, WANG YUEN TING won the Champion and WANG YU TUNG won the Merit Award. We are extremely appreciative of all the participants' efforts, and we also congratulate all the award-winning students!
TWGHs North District Schools English Reading Ambassador Scheme (ERAS)2019-05-11 (Saturday)The five Tung Wah schools in North District (Kap Yan Directors’ College, Li Ka Shing College, Ma Kam Chan Memorial Primary School, Hong Kong & Kowloon Electrical Appliances Merchants Association Ltd. School and Tsui Tsin Tong Kindergarten) have jointly organized the English Ambassador Scheme to widen students’horizons in English learning. To celebrate its fifth anniversary, the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals North District Joint Schools English Funfair was organized to celebrate students’learning on 11th May. There were drama performances and game booths based on the famous story Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Also, there were music and dance performances from five schools.
TWGHs Joint Primary Schools Swimming Gala2019-05-09 (Thursday)Our school’s swimming team joined the TWGHs Joint Schools Swimming Gala on 9th May. For the individual awards, our students won six 1st place finishes and received two 1st runner-up awards and four 2nd runner-up awards. P6 CHEN TSZ YAM, LI TSZ YIU and P2 CHOW HO YIN performed especially well that day. For the team awards, we also won one champion and two 1st runner-up awards. The Boys C Team also won the overall Team Champion award.

Zhengzhou and Xian Exchange Study Tour2019-04-14 To 17From April 14th to 17th, our school held an exchange study tour to Zhengzhou and Xian. Principal Fung, teachers and students, a total of 35 participants, went to our school's sister school, Zhengzhou University Experimental Primary School for a visit. Later, teachers and students went to Xian to go sightseeing. This exchange programme widened the students' horizons as they were able to learn more about the history of China and its development. It was a truly valuable experience for students as they learnt to be more independent and caring towards one another.
