PTA Interest Workshop – Bread-making class

Our PTA held a series of bread making courses on 21/4, 28/4 and 5/5. A total of 30 parents joined the course, our parents loved the course! The aim of the course is to enhance interactions between parents. Parents could learn how to make bread with a fusion of Chinese and Western recipes. We were glad to have our PTA Executive Committee member Ms Huang Jin Hau as our bread making tutor. Ms Huang simplified the recipe and showed the parents how to make great bread. She modified the recipe to show the parents that they could make steam buns at home even if they don’t have an oven. All the parents were very satisfied with this course.
