General Announcement

This year marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Congratulations to the following students for winning the National Day English Bookmark Design Competition. They had creative and wonderful ideas in designing the bookmarks to express their heartfelt gratitude and blessings to our motherland.

In celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and deepen students’identification with and feelings towards our motherland, our school held the Essay Writing Competition with the theme of the National Day. We were delighted to see our students participate in the competition so enthusiastically! Here are our top three winners and three honorable mentions for each grade.

To enhance students' interest in and knowledge about innovation and technology (I&T) and understand the importance of I&T in improving people's lives, our school organized a visit to the "Inno Carnival 2024" held by the Innovation and Technology Commission. The theme of this year is "Let's Sail with Innovation and Technology". About thirty of our P.4 and P.5 students participated in the various featured events and activities. They gained valuable first-person experience in understanding the developments and achievements of I&T of Hong Kong.

Tung Wah Group of Hospitals hosted the 2025 Hong Kong Children's English Singing Competition - District Selection. The competition was a success. The 18 participating kindergartens from North District and Tai Po District performed wonderfully. Let’s take a look at the highlights!

Congratulations to our girls’ football team for winning the championship in the North District Inter-Primary Schools Football Competition organized by The Schools Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China, for four consecutive years. Our boys’ football team won the Merit Award. We appreciate the great effort and teamwork of the team members. We hope that everyone will continue to work hard and achieve great results.

We were delighted that our school has won the Award for Outstanding Presentation of the Theme of Love in the Story to Stage Puppetry Competition.

The Award Presentation Ceremony for the “Promoting Positive Values and Attitudes through English Sayings of Wisdom" (SOW) Campaign 2023/24 was held on 5 October 2024 (Sat) to celebrate the achievements of schools and students in the various SOW competitions and activities organized by the English Language Education Section and NET Section.

On 15^th October, our school’s track and field team participated in the 4x100m Relay Competition hosted by HHCKLA Buddhist Ma Kam Chan Memorial English Secondary School. Our school were both the primary school boys’ and girls’ champions. That’s impressive! Congratulations to all the team members! We appreciate your good effort and teamwork. Keep up the good work!

Our boys’ football team participated in the 5-a-side Invitational Football Competition on 5^th October, 2024. After a few matches, our team won the Bowl championship with their great effort and teamwork, which is worth our appreciation. Keep it up!
