The concept of positive education is derived from the 6 types of Virtues and 24 Character Strengths in Positive Psychology proposed by the American psychologist Dr Martin Seligman in 1998, and later, in 2009, combined with classroom interventions to promote "positive education".
Positive Education attaches great importance to cultivating students' positive emotions, positive interpersonal relationships, healthy lifestyles and good morals, etc. It is beneficial to students' learning motivation, learning confidence, and cultivating creativity.
