2026 - 2027 Application for Transfer Admission (2^nd term)

Acceptance of 2026/27 transfer students' applications (2^nd term) will be based on student's previous performance, written test performance and interview performance. Should you be interested, please complete the application form before the deadline.

Application procedure:

1.The application form can be collected from the school or downloaded from the school website. Completed application forms should be returned to the school office no later than 5p.m. on 4^th December, 2026 (Friday). The completed application forms can be returned in person or by mail (Please indicate on the envelope: Application for Transfer Admission) (Except for special reasons, if the relevant documents, transcripts and other information are not submitted, the application will not be processed.) 

2. Applicants who meet the following requirements will be given priority invitation to the written test: a grade of B or above in the latest test or examination in Chinese, English and Mathematics in their original school, as well as a B or above in conduct.

3. Students applying for admission must take the written assessment in Chinese, English and Mathematics.

4. If there are remaining places for the level, we will notify the applicant by SMS on or before 28^th December of the arrangements for the written assessment and interview in early January.

Required documents:
1. A photocopy of the Birth Certificate of the applicant

• If non-local students wish to enroll in our school, additional copies of documents proving approval of residence in Hong Kong and other documents proving that they can study in Hong Kong should be provided. For further information, please refer to the Education Bureau’s website (https://www.edb.gov.hk/en/student-parents/placement-assistance/about-placement-assistance/faq.html#c)。

2. A photocopy of the academic report from the most recent school term
3. A student photo of the applicant

4. A photocopy of any academic or non-academic certificates e.g. achievements in sports, music, science, etc.
5. Letter of Recommendation (if any)

Admission Criteria:

1.The applicant should have good performance in all the Chinese, English and Mathematics written tests. Should the applicant exhibit any other outstanding performance or qualifications, these will also be taken into consideration.

2. If the applicant has brothers or sisters currently studying at the school, but did not choose the school during the Central Allocation, special arrangements will be made.

3. If the number of applicants who meet the above criteria exceeds the remaining number of places in the school, priority of admission will be given to the applicants with better performance on the written test and interview.

Admission Notification:

1.The school will contact the successful applicant by phone or SMS within five working days of the interview.

2. If you have not received any response from the school within the given time period, please consider your application unsuccessful.
